I’ll start by saying that I am usually very skeptical of wellness products like this. I have POTS and several other chronic health conditions, and in my experience, a lot of supplements either do very little, are hard to stay consistent with, or don’t feel worth the investment long term. I also rarely write reviews unless I genuinely feel that something has made a meaningful difference.
Gruve’s PCOx Blend is one of the rare products I trust because I actually felt a difference.
I started with the Morning Blend on its own for the first month. Within DAYS, I noticed improvement in my brain fog, focus, and fatigue. By the end of that first month, the difference was significant enough that I knew I wanted to keep using it. It didn’t feel like a stimulant or a temporary boost. It felt like my baseline was becoming more stable.
In the second month, I added the Evening Blend and began taking both the Morning and Evening Blends consistently. That’s when the benefits became even more steady and sustained. With the Morning Blend alone, I noticed a clear improvement, but taking both helped me feel supported more consistently throughout the day. I felt less like I was crashing or trying to push through, and more like my body had the support it needed to function.
One of the biggest changes I noticed was with my appetite. I usually feel like I need sustenance again just a couple of hours after breakfast. I’m excited to see how this continues to support me over the next few months. I’ve struggled with unexplained weight gain, and I’m preparing to start trying to conceive soon, so I’m in a season where feeling stable, nourished, and hormonally supported matters a lot to me. PCOS is a complex endocrine and metabolic disorder that affects each woman differently-but I think it's safe to say that it causes most of us mental, emotional and physical burden in more than one way. I was diagnosed with PCOS after I started to develop the following symptoms; irregular periods, stubborn facial hair on the chin and neck as well as acne, weight gain in my mid-section, facial swelling, and depression. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I sought professional help from different specialists and endocrinologists. We discovered follicles on my ovaries and very high testosterone. I went down a rabbit hole of PCOS research and eventually came across Grüve. I was intrigued by their liposomal formula that included all the supplements I was reading about that could potentially alleviate my symptoms and manage my daily health and well being. Taking all of these special ingredients individually can get overwhelming, time consuming and expensive. Their recipe which includes everything you need, makes it easy, stress free and dare I say, fun! I love that their ingredients are clean, organic and vegan. Once I started taking their AM/PM packets consistently, my periods became regular, my testosterone stabilized in just a few months time and I was able to get pregnant within a year! I welcomed my baby boy this past February and started my supplements again in April. Pro tip: keep in the fridge and consume chilled. While the AM packet is a delicious little sweet chocolate treat to look forward to in the AM, I've read the PM can be a little hard for some people to get use to. I personally don't mind the taste but I noticed that "chilled" enhances the yummy flavor and makes it more enjoyable. This product has been a lifesaver for my PCOS. I got diagnosed with PCOS when I didn’t get my period after coming off birth control. For years I tried different supplements and life style changes. This supplement blend has truly changed my life. I live with PCOS, PMDD, and POTS, and they all affect each other. When one goes out of balance, everything does. Just two weeks before starting this supplement (I only take the morning blend), I had 14 cysts on my left ovary and 11 on my right. After about six months, I now only have 1 cyst.
It has also shortened my luteal phase, which is where I normally struggle the most with PMDD symptoms. My doctor reassured me that the shorter phase is perfectly healthy, and encouraged me to keep taking it. The impact on my mental health has been incredible—when my hormones are balanced, my POTS is so much easier to manage too.
Before this, I was already taking many of the supplements included in this blend, but it was overwhelming, not to mention expensive to keep up with so many different bottles and orders. This has simplified everything for me, and the results speak for themselves.
The only downside for me is the taste. It’s not awful, but it’s not my favorite either. That said, the benefits far outweigh the flavor, and I’m really looking forward to trying new flavors when they come out.

I have been dealing with repro issues since I got my first period at age 12 - I am now 40. I have never had any luck with medical professionals all this time. Once I was officially diagnosed with PCOS, they have only ever wanted to put me on birth control. I have tried countless birth controls and dosages, and unfortunately ALL of them make me feel sick and bloated. Some have actually mimicked morning sickness and I threw up every day for months on some of them, even the ones claiming to be low dose. All throughout my 20s and 30s, I asked for procedures but I was told I was too young and it could affect my chances of having babies later (I’m positive I can’t have babies anyway with my wacky repro system). I felt helpless as I would either be in pain and bleeding, or extremely nauseous, throwing up, and bloated. The last 2 years have been especially difficult as I have declined artificial hormones from birth control, and my pain and bleeding got exponentially worse.

One of the many things you experience in the dreaded Perimenopause stage is lack of energy, anxiety and mood swings, extreme lows at certain times of the month, poor sleep… just to name a few. I started Grüve in February, in the first 2 weeks I noticed an increase im mood balance during my ‘low time’ of the month. Feeling more at ease, and focused.
