This period witnessed the alignment with a treatment plan that not only restored physical well-being but also revealed an undiscovered aspect of myself. The holistic regimen, focused on supplements, reshaped my life.

In 2022, a career setback led me to consider a return to school for naturopathic studies. However, Grüve's seed was planted in my mind one night, altering the trajectory of my journey. This pivotal moment marked the conception of Grüve as an innovative solution to simplify health routines.

Founders Story
In 2018, Grüve emerged as a transformative possibility, marking the beginning of a profound personal journey. Diagnosed with PCOS, I faced traditional solutions that didn't resonate with my well-being. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome brought challenges like irregular menses, unwanted hair growth, and weight struggles. Opting for conventional treatments, like birth control, proved mentally and emotionally taxing, prompting me to seek alternative paths.
Enter a naturopath recommended by a client-turned-friend—a turning point in my healing journey. Aligned with the treatment plan, I embraced a holistic regimen of supplements that reshaped my life. Weight, energy levels, confidence—all returned after years of searching for comfort through various avenues.
In 2022, after a layoff, I contemplated returning to school to become a naturopathic physician—until Grüve took root in my mind one night, changing the course of my journey. Successfully managing my PCOS through a routine of eight supplements, I realized the potential to simplify this for everyone. Grüve was born—a fresh approach to healing, a collaborative partner for our customers.
